Søndergade 93, 6600 Vejen, DenmarkUldall is an iron foundry in Vejen producing customer-designed castings, prototypes and small series. It works with grey, nodular and specialist iron alloys for pumps, machinery, energy equipment, food-production equipment and other industrial applications. Design and pattern support, casting, inspection and finishing can be coordinated into assembly-ready supply; machining and several coating processes use external or BIRN-group partners. The business traces its origins to 1944 and has been part of BIRN since 2002.
Manufacture using chemically bonded sand moulds and manual pouring, followed by cleaning and fettling. Alloy, geometry and documentation requirements are agreed for the part.
