Its work combines substrate-specific pretreatment, polyester powder coating, colour and finish selection, and coating-related storage, masking, assembly, thread recutting and dispatch. The company traces its business origins to 1889.
For demanding outdoor aluminium applications, Indulak offers a C5 coating system using pre-anodising by HAI in Horsens. Already-anodised components are a separate service with explicit appearance and warranty limitations. GSB AL 631-5 Master approval covers the Them aluminium-coating business through 31 July 2027.
Indulak warns that curing around 190 °C can cause uneven gloss or appearance depending on the existing anodised layer. It does not warrant this treatment and states that work is invoiced regardless of appearance. An extra coat can sometimes improve the result.
