The published pretreatment sequence uses acid cleaning/etching at 55 °C, rinsing, chromium-free passivation and drying at up to 130 °C object temperature. Powder options include standard RAL colours, textured and metallic finishes. Parts must be conductive, tolerate curing and be suitable for hanging. Project-specific warranties require advance agreement; up to 25 years applies only under special-powder and project conditions.
