A German manufacturer needed low-volume contacts and electrodes. A deep-drawn and laser-cut prototype setup refined an electrode for overmoulding and a contact for circuit-board integration.
A German electronics customer replaced a two-part wireless-phone charging spring with a one-part design incorporating nickel at the contact. Production increased from 90 to 800 parts/min using four cavities at 200 strokes/min; packaging ran at 360 parts/min and annual output reached 10 million parts. The customer calculated EUR 500000 in quality-cost and price savings after one year.
A relationship initiated at a German trade fair in 2015 led to prototypes and tools for four- and six-blade razors, with 35 operations per tool and vision inspection before coiling. The project account records annual production of 60–70 million components.
A global medical-technology company replaced an electronic button with a smaller mechanical activation contact, providing tactile feedback at lower cost.
The capacity announcement describes stamped and plastic-overmoulded parts under a long-term medical-pen project, with one line running and two planned later in 2026. Its 2200 m² building is described as under construction; completion and commissioning are not established.
