BlueLight lactose whitening specifications

Preferred operation: 50–75 °C with low turbidity; product limits 10–80 °C and ambient maximum 30 °C. At 10 °C, required light exposure is approximately 2–3 times that at 70 °C.

W+ centrifugal pumps specifications

At 50 Hz, W+ 50/600 has maximum capacity 725 m³/h at 1,450 rpm and maximum head 55 m water; W+ 110/130 has maximum capacity 225 m³/h at 2,900 rpm and maximum head 130 m water. Capacity and head are separate maxima, not simultaneous duty points.

Ws+ self-priming pumps specifications

50 Hz range: up to 90 m³/h and 6.5 bar developed head; 60 Hz range: up to 110 m³/h and 9.5 bar developed head. Range maxima do not specify a simultaneous operating point; standard product-temperature limit is 95 °C.

DW+ rotary positive-displacement pumps specifications

SV and SVS butterfly valves specifications

RUF3 check valves specifications

DN25–100, maximum line pressure 10 bar; opening differential approximately 0.05 bar and full opening approximately 0.08 bar. Temperature limits are 135 °C continuous and 140 °C short term with suitable seals; steam use is excluded.

UF4 and UFR4 pressure-relief valves specifications

DN25–100 with 0–10 bar operating range and wetted roughness ≤0.8 µm. EPDM/HNBR seals support 135 °C continuous and 140 °C short term; FPM is limited to 100 °C and excludes hot water.

Whp+ high-pressure centrifugal pumps specifications

System pressure up to 60 bar; this is a pressure-containment rating, not a developed-head or flow guarantee.

Wa+ aseptic centrifugal pumps specifications

Sterile barrier medium may reach 150 °C; this value is not the maximum product temperature.
