Dansk Retursystem
Designed and implemented an unmanned bottle-and-can deposit station with robotic handling, Siemens controls, AVEVA monitoring and camera-assisted support. Eltronic gives up to 180 bags/hour for this installation.
FK Distribution
Developed a custom gripper and standardized robot-palletizing logic for advertising bundles in metal cages and cardboard boxes, progressing from prototype to multiple installations. Eltronic reports uptime rising from 90% to 99% and pallet utilization improving by up to 10%; rollout counts differ within the source.
Hennig-Olsen Is
Developed a four-picker robot system to pack ice creams into different box sizes. Eltronic reports production capacity increasing from 15000 to 18000 units/hour for this line.
Delivered PLC/SCADA controls, panels, cabling, utility and third-party integration, testing and validation documentation for a greenfield biopharma laboratory expansion, through customer handover.
