AVK Gummi compounds materials and produces parts by injection, transfer or compression moulding, with bonding, post-curing and finishing as required. Selected products are washed and packed in cleanroom facilities; scope is agreed for the component.

AVK Gummi coordinates tool design and procurement from qualified toolmakers, sampling and production handover. Its own workshop handles minor repairs; larger work returns to the toolmaker. Cleaning and storage support repeat orders.

AVK Plast moulds customer-specific technical plastic components and develops production settings through trials and measurement. Its published capability spans parts from a few grams to 37 kg and machines with 35–2700 tonnes of clamping force.

Glenfield Invicta provides UK site surveys, specification, installation and commissioning for valves, penstocks and associated pipework, including project-specific fabrication and mechanical/electrical coordination.
