Davai Bridge & Tunnel A/S

Grenaa Havn
Delivered a 13 m-high hopper with 9.5 × 9.5 m opening and 160 m³ volume for dry bulk unloading at Grenaa Havn. These are project dimensions, not a general product specification.
Pesitho
Laser-cut, bent and welded parts of the ECOCA appliance enclosure for developer Pesitho. The appliance is used in Uganda and Myanmar.
Davai
Work 29 January–9 February 2018: replaced wire ropes and turnbuckles on a chalk excavator, including seized-pin removal and elevated work. Davai managed the wider project; Aalborg Portland was the end-user site. The planned work finished on time.

Design improvements, CNC cutting, tube bending, bushing machining, fixture updates, welding and frame production for Davai’s Acrobatbike business.
Fabricated typical batches of ten gear housings through plasma cutting, welding, blasting, painting, finish machining and assembly, with individual traceability numbers. The Norwegian customer used the housings in safety equipment.
Machined two shafts from 350 mm stock and applied AISI 309 then AISI 317 weld layers in recessed regions. Offshore end use was described as probable, not confirmed.
The then-Randers department numbered, cleaned and reworked cast-iron railing parts for a protected bridge at an unnamed Funen estate.
Ålsrode participated as producer on Copenhagen’s Belvedere Bridge, opened 15 October 2016. SLA was the architectural designer.
